Walk for Eastwood Fundraiser – Saturday 21st May

ergc1We are delighted to announce our popular "Walk for Eastwood" fundraiser returns again this year and will take place on Saturday 21st May 2016 at Rouken Glen Park.

The main purpose of this fun event is to raise money for the fabulous charity East Renfrewshire Good Causes  - check out their website here ERGC to see what fabulous work they do. 75% of funds will support the work of ERGC and 25% will support Rotary charities. You can read more about what we do on this website.

We have provided a simple route (see below) of approximately 1 kilometre and you can complete it once, twice or as many times as you like. For those less able, feel free to simply cover the first 10 yards! Or form a relay with some of your friends. We don't mind how much or how little of the course you cover as it's all for fun with a little bit of fundraising on the side.

The route is approx. 1 kilometre as illustrated in yellow in the image on the left. Those familiar with the park will recognise the path as being in front of the pavilion and adjacent to the children's park and the walkthrough from the garden centre.
